Faridpur, Bangladesh Global: At least 11 people were killed in a head-on collision between a bus and a pickup van in Kanaipur area of Faridpur Sadar upazila on Tuesday morning. The identities of the deceased could not be known immediately.
All the deceased were initially reported to be the passengers of the pickup van. Confirming the incident, Md Hasanuzzaman, officer-in-charge of Kotwali Police Station, said that the accident took place around 7:30am.
